I have a super short fuse. My furious anger is usually followed with depression, despair, and me wanting to be dead. Such fun.

I have a medium sized fuse now. I have to be pushed around quite a bit before I'd snap. I typically walk away and privately punch or kick an inanimate object or write down all the stuff I want to yell at someone. Although before emotion regulation classes I had a much shorter fuse.
