Hey this is a super late reply but if anyone is seeking information I'd recommend researching 'dissociation' or 'manic episodes' and try to find sources from reputable places as both could describe what you're feeling - these symptoms can be co-morbid with many mental illnesses such as personality disorders, anxiety/panic disorders etc. but also be aware that sometimes these episodes can occur on their own and they do no necessarily mean that you have a certain disorder - sometimes events in our lives can trigger our brain to do strange things.
What you've got to focus on is that there is help - I would highly recommend getting a diagnosis or a psycho-analogy as they can be fantastic with educating you about why this is happening and provide medication/treatment to suit. It can be an absolutely terrifying feeling and I just want you to know that you don't have to feel this way forever!

Hello lovnyuu: Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I see this is your first post here on PC. So... to PsychCentral… from the Skeezyks! May the time you spend here be of benefit.
