Does anyone else notice some of the stupid questions. Asked on quora asked about people with borderline personality disorder.questions like are borderline personality disorder people intelligent, Are they violent and so on,every single one makes me upset cause they talk about us like were not even human.like were a completely different species.it seems like this is only for the borderlines.they asked questions about bipolar people but those questions didnt seem all that bad but the borderlines were ridiculous.

I believe stigma stems from wilful/un-wilful ignorance, which has directly affected how normal people and bpd patient see each other.

I interpret it as people who ask on Quora, who has the intention to correct their misconceptions through asking important questions. Some questions do comes off as offensive or stigmatising to me. However, I believe people would ask, in order to hear the truth than facts in front of them.

Why are they stupid? Next thing you know they will be calling the BPD racist, prejudice or non-accepting of other people's rights to assert their opinions. Say it ain't so........Last thing the BPD'ers need is for someone to coin them hypocritical - I mean - as long as they have their entitlements to the world all is well - but should someone else offer their opinion (empathy and lack of - google it) all hell breaks loose. Let others be. And we are legion.

A child isn't born to be negative, it's his/her environment; Parents, friends, media, books, religion and even peer pressure will shape an innocent child's beliefs of the world.
