It's ok for others to be pissed and negative but not me
 **** them the "helpers" in the uk they are full of **** And I'm not deleting my words (Not about anyone on pc)

I hear the NHS is absolutely broken. Corruption, culture of fear and intimidation that normalizes abuse and unethical malpractise.
