I used to be a "people pleaser".. maybe I still am.

Having been "pathologically shy" for decades I find it somewhat liberating to be able to express how I'm feeling..

If someone in this world doesn't like it then they don't need to listen or read me.

I'm tempted to say "grow up" to those who have nothing better to do than to judge others. But perhaps they deserve my pity.

BPD is so misunderstood... I have found people with this dx to be kind and lovely people.

Don't let the fools in this world get you down.

(Not about anyone here)

I'm a people pleaser and I'm trying to stop. I'm saying No. Sometimes I say No just to practice saying No. It feels strange.

I like your positivism Fuzzy!!!

Been a people-pleaser for a long time. Done with that mess.

"Don't let the fools in this world get you down"--that applies to you too.

Thanks for this!
