Feeling so alone. So many troubles. Tried so many things. Nothing helps. At wit's end. Spend all my time reading. Escape. What can I do?

so sorry you feel that way.. we really have to rewire our brain and change our perspective, its really hard but we have to try.. therapy, serious meditation, working out and writing a journal really helps if you make it a habit and dont quit.. wish you the best, dont give up

I fully understand. I still work and distract myself as much and often as possible. We're u ever able to do DBT. It seems to help by stopping it or redirecting the thoughts and feelings. Try to get help from all types of social services agencies. Now that I am 66 everyone seems to want to help. It is no longer helping a mental health nut case and now helping an elderly person. Their attitude has changed by 180 degrees.

I'm sorry you feel that way. I know how difficult it can be to feel alone. I'm alone much of the time myself. If you want you can PM me.
