My mind has been switching and changing from wanting to improve my life to contemplating suicide . I know it says no suicide posts but are we allowed to mention the word suicide ?

Anyway it keeps switching from one to the other and so does my mood . one minute im fine and thinking positive then im in this dark lonely place again .
Ive recently started a new medication . i hope it works this time .
Also i need friends . if anyone else needs a friend please talk to me because i really need one

Hi, I have periods of time where I bounce back and forth between those same two extremes. It's exhausting. I hope your new meds help

I also go through different moods on a daily, Even hourly basis, I just wish I could be at a normal mood, Not all the ups and downs all the time

I've been going through something kind of like this, too. I think it might be because I've started a new med that might be trying to help things, so things'll keep trying to go up for a bit instead of just staying low.

I'm sorry you're dealing with this. Hope things start to stay on the good side more often for you soon.
Thanks for this!
