"I am empty and aching and I don't know why." Don't we all have this feeling. Sometimes we say "My heart hurts." I think it means the same thing.

I have within the last month quit the only social involvement I have. That was my church. While I miss the worship I don't miss the anxiety having to be there with all those people caused me.

Sometimes I think I can go back, but by Saturday I know I won't. I wish I could be invisible so that I could attend, but not be seen. Then I wouldn't have to interact with anyone.

I know I isolate myself, but it's the only way I know of to protect myself.

I often feel "at a lost" with myself, empty, bored with everyday life, yet we need to find an outlet of sorts.

Hoping you feel better To quote S and G . . .
