Doctors .. I’m so used to putting a “brave face on it” on the rare occasions I speak to a doctor, and I have found they offer so little time... they say to come back in a month if I force myself to go there, they don’t allow me to give any relevant history (i said it would take one minute)......

Kind of reminds me of the parental units, not supportive, (understatement). I was told to “stand on your own four paws”

Well at least they can count, I suppose

I’m reading a DBT manual myself. Very slowly. It isn’t easy practising the skills with bears ...

Sorry about the silly post, I have to “joke” about the appalling state of doctors surgeries in the uk or I’d bawl and my fur would get soaked.

Unfortunately its so true . I think also the requirement these days for surgery receptionists in the UK is to be as rude and uncaring as possible . where do they find these people !
