Admittedly, stuff has been going good lately and I've developed some good coping mechanisms, but I guess it feels unnatural and fake to not be constantly going over drama in my head. Oh, and I guess I just have a low tolerance for fakeness because I used to be so fake because I thought that was the only way to be happy, and I'm afraid I'm slipping back into that old tendency.

Do you mean you feel fake because your emotions aren't as intense as they used to be? That happened to me in therapy, it felt very weird at first but gradually it's my new normal.

Because they were too intense. I wound up crashing down in the end anyway.

I have not gotten to this point yet. I'm all over the place and intense! But if I do get there, I'm sure it will be super weird feeling. Hang in there! Maybe we can support each other!
