Having a world of trouble with both BPD and OCD lately. Both are kicking my ***. Latest compulsion is skin picking, biting and chewing until I bleed. I'm I'm a lot of pain am simply can't seem to stop no matter how hard I honestly try. Anyone else do this?

Struggling so bad :'( I'm sorry to be a useless pain in the *** I'm exhausting and I burn everyone out.

I pick my scalp and pull my hair out. It's very distressing but hard to stop.

I do it mainly in the face and on the scalp, whilst mirror checking also other parts of the body. I'm mostly checking for pimples and imperfections, as well as face contour, and it's hard to tell OCD from BDD compulsion. Luckily I'm only bleeding from pimple-popping or scratching, but it's still unnerving and exhausting because I can only stop with conscious effort.

I obsessively pick at sores on my scalp. No one knows except my husband. I really don't know how to stop. I want to get a new hair style but not until I can heal my scalp. I feel u. How can we stop this. I wonder what meds could help for it too?
