Hi all. Was just wondering, after some navigating around YouTube, which videos/people were best to watch to learn about BPD, living with BPD, and helping *others* with BPD; and if I subscribed, what would be best to find.

I'd like someone who is informed, knows lots about BPD, and regularly shares videos that are *helpful* - like meditation, mindfulness, DBT skills, funny off topics and such...

Does this person exist???

Ideas please.

ALSO: What would YOU like to see, YouTube wise regarding BPD??? I'm only *starting* my journey of the world of internet videos, so don't really know what is out there, because I'm going to assume right off the bat that there is a LOT of material that just isn't covered, and a lot of rambling shite. I want concise, relevant info....
