My care coordinator didn't turn up for our appointment. I can't even get through on the phone . I keep being disappointed and let down by my mental health team. How am I suppose to improve ?
You have to have lots of money to get the help you need or you get neglected and forgotten about . That's what it seems like . I'm so fed up . Feel I should of just given up long ago . It's hopeless |

 I’m so sorry this keeps happening to you. I think, maybe, it could be “them and not you” ...... The term “care coordinator” - “bad” me if I ever questioned it before?
