I’ve been told by an “expert” that I don’t have “avoidant pd” despite this having been dxd by 3 other “experts” (irl) - all “senior clinicians”

So I think I deserve to celebrate.... I do not have that dx which I never wanted

And I can be as ****kng “insane” as I want to be

Since there is no “help” in this forest I Celebrate My “Insanity”

(Not about anyone on pc)

I’ve had conflicting diagnoses too, and gave up on therapists altogether. We are very intelligent. We know ourselves and we can read all the same information that the professionals do. It has to come down to self help sometimes. Be strong!
