Found a very interesting video by Dr. Grande. I hope I will know how to paste it here.
I’m sure most of you already know it. Sorry, for this. It caught my ear the fact that borderline personality disorder is not rare to be found. I wonder why? Also, the fact that even when DBT are producing very good results in the treatment, mainly for people with a high risk of suicide, it’s not the only effective treatment.
