Hi Tea

Sorry to hear you're struggling. BPD is very much a roller coaster and there are times when things are smooth and great and times where things are terrible and we struggle. I'm definitely in the latter stage right now myself.

Keep seeing your therapist and going to group, and applying your skills. Can you get extra therapy sessions if you need them? Has there been a specific event that has triggered a relapse?

We ruminate, too. So I would think it's possible to get bad feelings and focus on them and get the feeling that you are backsliding. As for me, I was telling my T that I never have two good days in a row, ever...but I just had 2 good days. So mention your fears the next time you see your T.
