I invite you to know the hypothesis and the therapy based on mentalization.
It’s very interesting. It’s not easy to understand, at least, I don’t see it easy and I know it will take a time for me. But, I’m finding that it makes a lot of sense. How everyone, but especially, a person with bpd, under anxiety and stress struggles a lot to think about themselves and about the others in an effective way, sometimes doing a pre-mentalization and other times, an hypermentalization.
