I want to know if anyone has similar and how to deal with it...
I am having dreams that I cannot separate from reality. They are disturbing ones about abuse. That I try and find out information about other people's abuse and I am being followed and caught as the abuser.
I have always had disturbing thoughts about abuse from young. And I don't know why.
Possible trigger:
but this started before this. And now they are reoccurring and I am petrified that I have done something and covered my paths really well. I dreamt I searched about abuse and and now being found out for it. I don't know why and I am scared. I know this doesn't make much sense.

Please help.

Thanks you

I have suffered from intense nightmares until recently and they felt very real. Not anymore. I do not know why they stopped. You should talk to your therapist.
