Does anyone know of any chats or groups specifically for BPD support? I was diagnosed a handful of months ago and I have no one who understands.

Hi, Nitrous, These forums have a social group called Living with BPD. And I think there are other social groups here that talk about BPD, & also DBT, the therapy.

Hi Nitrous, I think the social groups are mostly inactive (and I think this has been the case for a couple of years). This forum can be supportive. You could also ask a question in another forum on pc, maybe the ''coping with emotions'' forum. I think some people there know about DBT. (or other therapies)

This section does seem to be quiet often.

I do not know of any other chats or groups for BPD support. If you ''google'' DBT or ''forums for BPD support'' I think some things would come up. Good luck

Maybe someone else will post here and give some pointers.
