I currently am not in a good place and I struggle a lot to keep my emotions under control. At the moment I feel a lot of anger, I feel angry when things do not go my way... And then I feel angry at myself because I am throwing fits of rage and it is embarrassing. I just want to live alone - I am so tired of being constantly judged and just always evaluated for how I am doing. I just hate everything right now.

I also get triggered by minor things and start dissociating - so a lot of time in the day seems to be just gone.

I just need advice on how to better control my temper and dissociation...

Lately I have been feeling like I am doing everything wrong and I really want to end it, but it is not that easy. Everybody who has tried that before knows it isn't. I thought about getting evaluated for the right to die but that is also not that easy and since I am pretty young people would still see the potential in me...

I am just so fed up and done with everything.

Hi, I understand the struggle are you in therapy right now? It’s important for people with BPD have therapy to assist with the daily struggles of BPD. Secondly, I found EMDR helpful in my therapy. Others have used DBT Dialectical Behavior Therapy also useful; I’ve also used it, both forms are helpful. Perhaps one can check out these therapy’s and find some calm in the storms of life.
