Remember what I told you about how three isn't real even though you think he's real and he feels real? He can't hurt you. You need to ground yourself and distract yourself from him. I'm sorry three's being bothersome, but you need to tell him to eff off.

I know he seems real, but he's not, trust me. If you can hear him and he says nasty things all the time but you can't see him, he's what's called an auditory hallucination. It's hard to tell the difference between hallucinations and reality. Pretty much always.

Have you ever tried seeing a doc for an antipsychotic? I'm on one and it gets rid of 99% of my hallucinations. It should get rid of three.

I'm sorry they didn't work for you. Maybe you just haven't found the right one? Certain ones don't work for me either (it took me 8 years to find a combo that works with tolerable side effects, probably would've been quicker had I been compliant the whole time).

I hoping three wont start messing in my head today

He loves messing with stuff

Like on forums when i get thrown in forum jail moderating thing he will make the message that comes up turn into saying awful things and triggering me and the more he does that, the more i get distressed, and the more distressed i get, the more i get kept in it

I have learned that people tend to stop having symptoms as they age.

“It is commonly believed that some features of borderline personality disorder improve as individuals reach their late 30s and 40s.”

Voluntry bans: is there a limit of how long and short a voluntry ban can be?

i know when moderators and admin ban someone, they choose how long its for, if we ask for one do we get to choose how long or short its for? or do they choose?

idk, dare not ask in a new thread

i can block the site on the older laptop, not sure about this laptop, i cant block sites on my "smart" phone though cause it will not do it

Why do you want to go on a voluntary ban? You can always take a day or two off from the site without it being a ban if it is causing you so much distress. So far as I know you haven't broken any rules. No one is mad at you. You're fine. Try to breathe. HUG

We have elmer's glue here that comes in a stick. We have gorilla glue that as far as I know doesn't come in a stick but works really well.
