Hi Rapunzel, I would luv to chat about dbt at the moment am doing a
online dbt course which is great and has helped me so much.
Also i'm reading "The power of now" and then want to read, "practicing
the power of now" both go along with dbt teachings..they are awesome.
Hop you reply and we can chat & be friends. Ive had bpd since teenage years. done lots of courses, but find nothing as good as bpd.
