I am manic as heck and can't handle hosting a chat this week, so Gus has kindly volunteered to host the CBT chat this Sunday at 5 CST. Make sure to attend if you can. Gus is an excellent chat leader!
I should be back on track the week after this. At least I'd better be. LOL.
