I need to cancelle the rest of my chats for this week and possibly next week.
Tonight---Wednesday, November 30th----Grounding Skills Chat----cancelled Saturday, December 3rd----Live the Life You Imagine----cancelled I will let you all know about next weeks. Sorry I was not here Monday evening for Survivors of Abuse Chat as I was at the ER. (But thank you sabby for letting everyone know). I was admitted Monday night in the hospital and am still here. I had to have my gallbladder out and will not be home for a few days. The pain meds are making it difficult to stay alert and think. I am in quite a lot of pain from surgery but will be okay. Hopefully I will be discharged sometime today but have not seen my surgeon yet. I will be back as soon as I can and will check in as I can too. I hope and pray this is my last surgery for a longggggg time. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. I miss you all much. Do take care of yourselves. Thinking of you and sending you all gentle hugs and loving thoughts. Always.  dps

Take as much time as you need to rest and heal and recover. I hope you are also getting a lot of support in real life too from your medical team as well as close loved ones. You seem to be just SO CARING & COMPASSIONATE - i admire that - i hope you have great people nearby that are caring as much to you too because you deserve it  Take care ~

I am out of the hospital and trying to recouperate. I hurt a lot and did not realize how much we use our stomach muscles until it is so hard to use them. Thank you for the thoughts and care. Nota----yes hon, I do have care IRL from people and from my medical team and my support team. I am going to be okay it will just take time to heal. Thank you for your understanding. I appreciate you all more than you know. Love you. Sending you all gentle hugs and loving thoughts. Always. dps
