So it appears that either javascript or cookies are somehow disabled in the browser you're using to try and connect to chat. While this is unusual, sometimes people either do this to help protect their privacy, or some antivirus or anti-malware software may do this on your behalf.
Can you double-check these settings in your browser?

Make sure javascript is enabled:
How to Enable JavaScript on Mozilla Firefox - enablejavascript Should read "true" when you follow the instructions. If it already says "true" then javascript is fine. For cookies, type this into your web browser: about : preferences#privacy (remove the spaces around the colon : mark) and make sure it's set to "Standard" privacy. If it's set to something else, change it to Standard.

Other places don't use the same chat software; every website pretty much uses different things.

I have to change to Chrome browser to get into chat. Others including myself cannot get in with Firefox based browsers.

In Chrome click the three dots at the top right and click Settings. Then in the column on the side, click Privacy and Security. Then click Cookies and other site data.
Make sure "Allow all cookies" is selected. |

What about using Microsoft Support is that supported to Psych Central? It could be the reason I have been having trouble previously.
