The new chat update installed this morning should resolve ghost users who are inactive not being logged out when accessing chat via a mobile device.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue or not, so we can relay feedback to the developer if further work is needed. Thanks and enjoy!

Most things seem ok, and I haven't noticed any of the bouncing we used to see.
One odd thing is that chat kept kicking PenultimatePeril out while she was actively chatting. She told me she was on a macbook using Safari. It may be a Safari issue, because most of us use Chrome and haven't had problems. |

I cant get into chat at all. Just keeps trying to connect but wont. I guess the upgrade will keep me from chatting.

Same thing with chrome. Unless you fix chat i guess i wont be back. Will miss everyone. Cant chat be like it was?

I typed in how to delete cookies and did what it said. I still cant connect. Tell everyone the reason im not in chat anymore is because ive been locked out. Will miss everyone alot.

Have you tried the Edge browser?
Also, the bouncing issue is still happening. I saw it with Holy Ina yesterday and Gogu has been bouncing for hours. |

Have you tried your antivirus settings or extensions for your browser to see if maybe something like an ad block setting or VPN assignment is preventing you from entering chat? I don't do chat, but I saw this thread caught my eye, so I'm guessing that it could be something related to either your antivirus or extension settings, or if you have a special VPN set up. If it's the settings, you can try turning off one feature at at time temporarily to see if you can get in. Maybe that might help??
