i have had IC for the last 3 1/2 yrs and finally able to get out of denial and deal with this annoying and horribly painful disease. i joined an IC support site and really enjoy them but they are not always around when i need them. so i was looking for support here. i am looking forward to talking to others with chronic pain and getting support from all of you. i just didn't know if there was anyone else with IC
Thanks for this!

Hi, It looks like you are new here so first off welcome! I don't have interstitial cystitis but I surely have the chronic pain side of it. I definitely helps to be able to talk to others who have chronic pain also because no one truly understands (even the doctors) until you have been there. Denial only puts the problem off...it will still be around, unfortunately. I've had chronic headaches/intractable migraines for 14 years and lower back pain for a while. If there is anything I can help you with or you just want to talk or vent I'm usually around...I also have agoraphobia. I hope the doctors can do something to help you manage your pain. If you are looking for support you came to the right place!
