I totally believe in stretching. Even for those that don't have Pain and such!

I think it should be more than 7 mins. Unless you're doing very general stretches. Proper stretching should be held around 30 seconds each stretch and repeated a few times to get actual lengthening benefits.

crew: i was told to do stretching for my pelvic/bladder pain. i started it about 10-12 days ago. my bladder pain has been incredible since starting. it wasn't that great before but is now worse. can stretching cause more pain?

I love Dr. OZ - and seven minutes a day is defiantly worth an extra year of life.
