It is so chilly today. Man does that hurt the muscles and joints. By the time I hit August, I was settled into my pain and I was convinced I could make it. Now, autumn has brought cold days and extreme pain and fatigue. Now I keep thinking how much worse it is going to get as winter comes. Why do I still live in Wisconsin?

Try soaking in a bath with 2 cups of Epsom Salts and do some stretches if you can. I hope you feel better soon.

What does the Epsom Salts do for you. I know the hot bath helps me, just wish it lasted a littler longer than while I'm in the bath. I need to find some knee, wrist, ankle and elbow warmers. Those are always the places that hurt first and wake me up in the night.

I sleep on a heated mattress pad. Works wonders and keeps my hands and feet warm enough for me to sleep! I really recommend them.

Hey JD,
I live here becaue my family has lived on a farm out here for over 70 years and I have over 100 family members with in 30 minutes of my house. We are all very close, and I can't go anywhere. I just complain about the cold sometimes
If I ever make it Florida (don't travel well)... I'll bring you a big jar of Wisconsin cold!!
