Anyone else get this much?
if so ... do you find anything helps
heat packs do a bit but otherwise not much seems to be helping me and I keep getting flares which feel like heart attack pain but isn't, and annoying swelling

I have found that glucosamine helps but only after you've taken it for awhile. I also like epsalm salt baths with menthol to help relax my sore joints all over, including ribs.
I'm sorry you are hurting.
Thanks for this!

Honestly, whenever I had this, I never used heat. It tends to make my inflammatory response worse and just ends up hurting worse than before hand. If I DO try heat, I normally try for moist heat (damp towel warmed up, KPad) rather than dry heat (heating pad).

I find that ice packs, or cold packs, help with pain from inflammation more than heat does. xo
Thanks for this!
