well Pat, I'm up and moving, rain stopped but pain still here. need to quit my *****en and get the pork out and in the oven, serving extra ppl today cuz the drop-in-center in town is closed.
the folks that stayed over have to do most of the prep cuz ( if they stay they play) our motto is if they stay over they have to work the next day. "staying over makes more work for me and is a privelage not a right"

I know how you feel. It rained here all day and my hips and shoulders hurt so bad, it hurt to walk.
Even taking my pain pills didn't take all the pain away.
I'm sorry you have this too.
I hope the weather has changed and you aren't in so much pain now.

I crashed early too.

T put me on bed rest to try and avoid pain flare.
