What would you suggest, either for neuropathic pain or for pain from joints, tendons and stiff muscles.
Hmm... I guess that's most of the body then. |

Check with your doctor to see if any medications you are on can be causing stiffness, some medications do that.
Advil, Aleve, are best to reduce any inflammation. |
