Fibromyalgia Mystery Finally Solved!
A friend sent me this link. I'm wondering if anyone here knows anymore about the subject of A-V shunts causing fibro. There's so much misinformation out there about the disorder I'm wondering if this is just more hoohah. I tried a google search on the topic, but most of the links just repeated what this article says. +++++++++ Well, I did some poking around on the web. There's no mention of A-V shunts and fibro at reliable sites like WebMD and the Mayo clinic. Last edited by lizardlady; Oct 26, 2014 at 11:48 AM. Reason: added update |

I haven't heard anything about it, liz. I am skeptical. I guess more time and research will tell.

I followed the article then googled hand fiber and fibro. I was looking for the sorce i think it lead back to an article written in a pain magazine, clicked the link it said that the magazine was a peer reviewed magazine for doctors. You have to be a member to read the articles so it may be a tentative first finding that needs more research to validate the findings.
