just when i thought my back pain was easing a little ,i do a bit in the garden, not a lot mind as i have to be careful ,result, horrid back pain -why are backs so nasty to us?

Sorry Jefftele - it is very frustrating when you're trying to do something you enjoy and that happens. I'm not good at pacing myself either and usually end up overdoing it.

Be gentle with yourself tonight - nice hot shower and rest!
