I have been gone a while and am just stopping in briefly to catch up and make my statement of what I will allow here for myself. So I got lyme disease after the the back fracture pain was being managed, the pain and stuff from lyme disease is miserable,

So, today I was in a bad accident and am banged up but alive, Not sure I like airbags, yyou should see my face, Yuck Hope all my pinful friends are feeing better. My statement of freedom. I will not tolerate mods little changes in my posts, I am kind and expect to be treated that way. Take care.

Hello, my face almost looks normal. A bit to go with thich scabs around my nose but better... My pain is bad tonight because of the accident, Right leg and thigh. ouch. Also I thought that the thread on leg pain fascinating. My doc just put me on a vit D supplemnt found in blood work to be needed. He also started me on iron but I being the stubborn type had heard of an alternative iron supplement that can digest more easily into your system, has all of the right ingrediants like simple folic acid in plants. I will give information to my physician when I see him soon. He is treating me for a bizzilion probs and maybe he can help me feel human again. He thought I woulf have a b12 deficiency but no indeed. Good luck. leg pain stinks.

Ps, there are really great exercises to stretch leg muscles to help with the pain. Go slow and they help me.
