Ok, I know that is a really weird statement from me but I have to say I have been feeling lucky. I have a great pain resident, a wonderful shoulder, arm, hand specialist who has worked miracles. People believe me finally and I am being treated. I have Lyme disease which adds more pain then my regular pain meds can manage. I am forgetful, have trouble finding words, am easily exhausted. Have every "sitis there is, splints on both hands due to the bones and muscles at the base of me thumbs being in bursitis.special made splint for right, wanna get one for left. Anyway, I am luck because I have a good team.

Sure my knees don't work well and every joint in my body is swollen and painful, but now I know what to do about it. And people are helping me. Hurray!!!!!! Yes, Pain, but the kind I am in now I can live with.

Wisewoman -

What a great perspective! I'm striving towards that. I'm just still in the angry part but working towards grateful.

I'm so glad you shared that!
