So today I went in and was told after trying pain Meds for 8 months and some special physical therapy that I need a fusion. I'm 36 and already had one surgery. Very concerned about what this means long term. Anyone have any advice.

There is a term called spinal fusion if that is the part of the body you are talking about.

There are other options. You might want to google that and see what is said.

Have u looked up a kyhoplasty. I had one and i helped. I have a old vertical split t12 compressions fracture. Everyda I live with chronic pain and it gets bad so much but there are coping techniques past the pills. yes i take pills but I add hot water therapy, heating pads, exercises and a whole lota complaining while deep breathing.
