OMG I have an appt for the MRI, it happened really really fast...but I have to go 2 hours away and it is at 8:15 p.m. on saturday the 26th!! It means moggles will get to go with me whoo hoooooooo. It doesnt make me any less trepiditious but it is comforting. I am scared...I know it will likely come back normal just as everything always does. Oh well, hope for the best and expect the worst. I don't know what is going to happen. And the lawyers need more before I can ask for help...I dunno, it's probably cause I don't explain myself right. Oh well...melanie

Hello...... Can I ask what the MRI is for?

And don't worry I have a MRI done about every two years to check out my migraines and the effects of RA inflammation on my neck area...... You will be fine.

We are taking one to rule out MS even though it usually doesn't show up for a while on there. I am being tested for autoimmune disorders too. I get headaches too...So neuro is taking one. Some things I say is consistant with MS and even though most docs say it doesnt run in families the incident rate of occurance does rise. I am also being tested for RA and Lupus and so forth and so on. Neuro doc was more enthralled with my headaches then my pain in legs...so we shall see what the outcome is...I just know I hurt and have felt something was 'wrong' and the other place I went just gave me meds for symptoms and never found the cause. New insurance, new doc, new tests for hopefully a proper dx??? I dunno, but I am trying!
