I thought I understood pain from fibro. Can't believe this. The pain is worse than any fibro pain I've ever had.....

... @lizardlady ...
You'd mentioned yesterday you thought you might have a cold or something coming on ... Have you taken your temperature? When I run a fever it makes my body hurt more. Sorry you're hurting so bad ... Sounds like some extra TLC is needed right now ... |

Pfrog, I've been taking my temp. It's below normal. I'm weird. When I first get sick my temp drops. It's done that all my life. If it starts to climb after dropping, boy howdy look out!
I'm thinking of scheduling a Covid test if this keeps up. What do y'all think? I have sinus congestion (no sneezing), coughing, tight chest, hurts to breath, want to sleep all the time and body aches from hades. So far no temp. I thought a temp was biggest sign of Covid. |

Not sure about the fever, but the tight chest and hurting to breathe is concerning as I hear that can go south right quick if it is Covid. While making up your mind on whether to test or not, listen to your body calling for rest and give it all you can. |

Thanks Pfrog. I'm curled up on the sofa with the babble box on. Keep dozing off and am letting myself.
The chest stuff worries me too. I have asthma. Any respiratory bug settles in my chest. Taking a wait and see stance for now. Trying to not be a hypochondriac about this. |

The pocket pfrog seems to have helped. I'm feeling a bit better today. Still can't talk, but body aches are fading. Not going for a Covid test. I think this is a run of the mill respiratory infection.

Pfrog's having a pflare or something!
I've put the pedal machine away, it's messing with my knees something awful. I was hoping that it would be a good source of low impact workout, but evidentally not! |

My thoughts are with everyone impacted by Hurricane Laura. I have family in areas of Texas and Louisiana. I have reached out to check on them. I was able to get moved to my temporary location until my residence is ready. My area has received a lot of rain 🌧 from Hurricane Laura. Rain is very good for Mother Earth 🌍 however not a friend to my immune system. I’ve been very symptomatic the last few days dealing with a fever, fatigue and other symptoms commonly associated with my multiple chronic illness flare ups. I’ll be doing a lot of self care...drinking a lot of herbal teas, supplements, vitamins, essential oils, fresh fruits and vegetables. Stay safe and hydrated everyone!

Pfrog, what about yoga? It's no impact, gently stretches and helps with balance.
