I have fibromyalgia and I've been in a flare for about a week probably. I've been using heat to try to relax the muscles which are all knotted up. I used to have a rheumatologist but everything he prescribed gave me such bad side effects. So now I just go it alone.

Well a major sell for $10 laptops had half the city at a gridlock halt for five hours. I was able to put together my DIY gift bags for Winter Solstice. I’m excited about Winter Solstice. I’m having a dinner this Friday for myself, teenager, adult daughter and my grandson. I’m gonna head to a grocery store tomorrow (later today). I have a lot of cooking to do. I’m very happy about finding a great sale on a Kitchen Aid mixer and it’s in my favorite color.

Y’all take care and be safe. Enjoy whatever holidays you celebrate or if you don’t celebrate any that’s just fine too.

I am broken out in several plaques all over my body at present.

I got lucky and didn't get one in my nose this time. Those hurt like a mofo when I do have one in there.

I do have one on the cheek inside my mouth but it's just annoying more than anything else.

The pain in my tissues and joints is also up rather significantly ...

It's amazing how you can pfeel each one separately and togetherly all at the same time!

My shoulders are killing me today and my elbows too, but my shoulders more. I suspect there's a pretty deep knot in between my neck and shoulder that has gotten twisted. I plan to talk to my PCP on Tuesday.

Pain level kind of high today. I took a hot shower this morning which helped a little. But the helpfulness has since worn off.

I'm glad you got disability, but that doesn'tease the pain of being forced out of your job. I admire how well you've handled this whole thing.

I love how I am constantly talking down to myself, seriously my self esteem is shot

yesterday, after eating my mcdonalds too fast, getting a tummy ache and slurping down an entire large cola, I sat on my computer chair and listened to one of my stories from around the world and stayed their long after it ended

I called myself a fat **** out loud too

well it's true, and probably a lot more besides
