Probably not as cold and damp here as where you are, but it is miserable. At least we don't have to deal with that white shyte on the ground.

I had a shower today

most importantly, I managed to go to the bathroom before the shower

and usually it's the first thing I do when I get out. big thing for me

I didn't feel up to showering today. I'll have to by tomorrow because it's been a few days and my mom will be on my case if I don't. Trying to walk to lose weight but walking more than a little bit flares up my fibro.

my evening consisted of a mcdonalds which was very nice, lots of backpain in especially the left side of my back, and once again not a single bit of sleep..

in terms of today: incontinent and depressed. and overeating

Fibro and chronic fatigue both flaring today. Just woke up from two hour nap and am not sure of my name. Nap helped the flares a little though.

ant and dec returned to tv today and I sat their watching it

well, bit of a correction: I sat their crying as they both tried to play a game of football and be the winner. what's sad about a game of football I don't know, but my emotions... like everything else, tend to be ****ed. happy show, sad gal. dunno why. perhaps watching it reminds me of the fact I've never played with a ball (true fact)

Today is the 61st Anniversary of my arrival on this patch of dirt called earth ...

Fibromyalgia Check-In Thread #6 ...

In honor of this momentous occasion, I owe myself a mountain road trip as soon as it is safe to do so!

I need to wait a few months before my " anniversary", and I've all ready been asked if I plan to decorate my room for the ocasion

no is the answer. I don't celebrate it

but it's a darn better word to use than birthday. don't know why but birthday just... uggg.

all this talk about lifting covid lockdown is bringing me ****ing down

at least in lockdown I didn't feel like such a worthless peace of crap. but soon as it's safe, everyone will return to their lives and the daily grind, but not me.... covid was just an excuse I could use for my ****ed up life

and then you get all the people saying to me : but it's a good thing, it's got lots of benifits. sure it has, if you have something to go back too.

rant over. I'm just fed up with it

I have an appointment for a SSDI Psych Eval next week.

That pertains to my PTSD / Anxiety / Depression ...

While my mental health has been impacted, it's the physical health issue that's actually caused the disability though.

Of course it's all interconnected, so ...

My SSDI Attorney is pretty sure I don't have any worries about getting approved, but it's distressing to me the uncertainty of it all.

I'll be relieved when everything is pfinally settled and in place.

Rare Disease Day 2021 (Feb 28th) was nice.
I like awareness walks and runs. I ran for my rare diseases. I ran for my teenager’s rare diseases. I ran for all BIPOC with rare diseases. I ran for Ahmad Abrey, Finish The Run. Fibromyalgia Check-In Thread #6 ...
