Merry Christmas everyone.

Too much violence in the world. I can't, I just can't.

Pray for Nashville

christmas day was nothing to really write home aboutt.

it was okay, I mean I had decorations, music, even found on tv 2 pantomimes (hancel and gretel and a christmas carol) but, like every year: I didn't have
the togetherness of any friends, family, no one. I got a total of 3 cards, all of them from charities so not even from anyone I knew, and no gifts

the icing on the cake was my christmas dinner, it made me so ill because of the dryness of the turkey- it's now saturday and it's still notp roperly out
my system. it sucks

The amount of pain I am in today because of the linens changing episode yesterday is unpfreakingbelievable!

I generally operate around a level 5 or 6 on a daily basis now, but ...

Today I pfeel as if I have been beaten black and blue all over my body and am spiking around an 8 or 9 or more!

I am feeling so uncomfortable

new year's resolution number 1: find a way to dress yourself without actually dressing yourself. lol but all joking aside, put on a pair of shorts at 8 A.M this morning, and I'm still in agony from it (it is now half 4 in the evening!)

plus: I have been going to the bathroom an aweful lot today (another side affect of this early aging body)

Lately it is painful to even lie down in the bed. I am finding the chair more comfortable. I don't know what to do about that.

new year's eve was spent watching a televised alicia keys concert on tv, (not her biggist fan, defenetly not what I'd choose for a party mood) watched the chimes at midnight/ fireworks which were actually quite beautiful

no sleep, and today had my shower (and nearly slipped over in the bathroom!). I didn't, but I was so close

pretty much the same pain, and the same depression

we also went in to third national lockdown last night at midnight so that's us basically shut until easter. mcdonalds is staying open this time, be greatful for small liberties.. it was inevitable though.

I'm not bad, I guess
I spent the morning in agony and found it so hard to get myself dressed. if it's a part of the body, then it hurt.

but I am doing a little better now... still depressed because my day is basically going to waste, but in less pain

In a lot of pain today. I think I had a stress flare up of my fibro because the temperature and the barometric pressure hasn't changed much. Trying to do some gentle stretching to relieve some of the pain but it's hard. I don't know if that even works. Just what the doctor says.

Slumberkitty, sometimes gentle stretching through yoga helps me. Don't force yourself to stretch more than you are comfortable with.
