Hello...didn't realise they had a board for Fibro on here!

I have chronic pain from Fibro mainly lower back and legs but sometimes upper body/TMJ/migraines too.

My lower back/neck have been bad the last couple of days, can't get comfy

@InkyTinks sorry you are in such pain. That must be rough on you.

I probably do not have pain like you have but I have gotten relief through self massage of the hands and feet. I have read that all the parts of the body have nerves in the hands and feet so for me massaging them is like massaging the whole body. Here is one among many links for accupressure to reduce pain Acupressure Points on Hand for Pain Relief | Acupressure Points

Another place I hold tension is in the face. This video just releases a ton of tension. Try it if you feel okay about this type of massage. Remember do not inflict pain. Just go deep enough to feel it.

Hope you find a method of relief that helps you.

I hope you do, too. The fibro forum is very supportive and helpful. I have fibromyalgia as well.
