I feel so drained, achy, pain in joints at least a 8 on pain scale. And this darn nagging migrain, just wont go away for me. I didnt sleep hardly at all last night. MAYBE got 2 hrs in. Went to bed about 1am I think, tossed turned, finally got up when hubby did at 4:30am. I hate stress, it triggers all my pain issues. I feel beat up....

Thats exactly what my flares feel like - as if id been beaten with a phone book or something.
