Hi all, unfortunately my Senator (after 2 years of working on my case) got a grand total of nowhere with the VA. His office is collection horror stories about the VA now in hopes of getting a Congressional Investigation opened into the VA immediately.

Please write him with your VA horror stories - his DC office is gathering information about VA abuses and, if they get enough well-documented cases, they may request a formal investigation.

And if you have friends/family who want to write in support of a Congressional Investigation of the VA, please pass this on!

Semper fi,
She who does not take 'no' from civilians

aka Dd
Thanks for this!

I think I'll wait until after the first of the year.

The best way to get the VA to do something is to complain using names and dates. VA employees work for the VA for only one reason - RETIREMENT. They hate paperwork and they don't want the hassle of having a real job.
