To our brave troops both active military and those who have come home and served us faithfully,
We are so very proud of you and so grateful for all that you have done and sacrificed for our freedom and the strength of the country. I cannot personally imagine all that you have gone through...but want to let you know that I care deeply for you and hope that the wounds and emotional scars that were inflicted will heal with time and love, and that I'm proud of you. Please take care and thank you from the bottom of my heart for keeping me and my boys safe. I'm a little disappointed these veterans day threads aren't getting more responses. I guess I'm biased or something.

In Canada, we have REMEMBERANCE DAY. I cant even imagine ALL that soldiers go through. I just understand that it is A LOT.
Regardless of all that could be said about war, i know i still need to say THANK YOU = you have all sacrificed so much and are very brave...

I have three close family member who went to war. The thing is none of them talk about it. That is how you know how serious it is....

Thank you for such a thoughtful post. My husband is a veteran and he suffers from emotional scars. I know he would appreciate your words.
