I'm torn about whether it is helpful to post here. There is some sense of relief in telling the secrets, but telling one secret reveals in my mind even more secrets that I've buried. Is it wise to keep uncovering this stuff that's been buried for years?

Sometimes the chat is better for me with a real live person on the other side. But many times I force myself to come here instead of going elsewhere only to find that no one is in chat. I'm not saying people should hang around and wait for any of us to show up, but maybe some of you have suggestions on what to do when you're feeling kind of desperate and sign in to find no one at home ???

I am sorry you were alone here. I am rarely on early in the mornings. I go to bed so late at night Where to turn I think it is good to post here and get things out. although it may bring up other stuff I think getting it out is healing. you don't have to keep it buried deep within yourself. that is where is just sits and grows. take one thing at a time and work on that one. then let another one out and work on that etc. I am here to tell you hon it works. (((hugs)))

thanks bebop... maybe that one thing at a time is where i need to focus. I get all these things going at same time and it seems overwhelming, like I'll never get through all of this and the amount of stuff is growing.

Hang onto me so I don't go over the edge. Please. *tears
