at least once in a two hour period, some or all members get disconnected at the same time
Tonight ALL of the chats disconnected at the same time can't keep the color of the font and the "B", "I" don't work until the second thing send. By then it's almost always too late. I don't know about other chat leaders, but it is very problematic to me. What can be done about this?

Didn't that happen with the previous software before?? Perhaps it's an overload of the server, too many people on at once. Or too many people posting. Or the boot monster.
 Sorry Sept... I don't know, but I wanted to let you know I read.

These things have issues from time to time, there's nothing more I can do than to occasionally reboot the chat server and hope for the best. Firefox, Safari or IE web browsers work best for the chat room software; others may not work as well or reliably.
Sorry for the problems.

Upon further examination of this issue, it appears we need to reboot the server. Doing so now...

Hi I cannot use chat at all any more, am I banned? The chat screen is just grey when I log in.

Try the "No popup chat" or try RIGHT-clicking on the gray screen when it comes up and choosing "Refresh" or reload from that menu. That may help too...
