Hi person who answers these kinds of questions.
I've tried all the suggestions I've been given, but can't get into chat, not since March sometime. I don't know what else to do and would realy like to do the social chat that is planned for Friday. Please help. thanks vicki |

I'm not "the one" who answers the questions here..but I think most of us like to be able to help..
 March eh? Do you have restore points on your computer? If so, I would set one for "now" and then go back to one for February or so, and see if you can once again go into chat. If so, then you know it's a change or firewall on your computer. (just a thought.)
