Not that I am any kind of a computer tech (SO NOT), but I noticed I can access chat from home. I can see who is in chat at work, but can not access it. It may (only an UNEDUCATED guess) be how your internet security/firewalls are done on your computer...

Have you tried logging out of PC and logging back in? I had to do that recently to be able to get in. Or have you tried using the non-pop up option? I could use this even when I could not use the pop up option. Those are my suggestions. You might want to post in tech support if this doesn't work. Hopefully people there will have more ideas.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
